Matt Teeple, CFP
Matt graduated with high distinction from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business in 2000 earning his degree in finance and a minor in economics. In 2008, he earned the Certified Financial Planner designation by completing graduate level coursework in the areas of general financial planning, insurance, investments, and retirement, tax and estate planning.
Matt’s career in personal finance began in 2004 with the firm A.G. Edwards where he counseled families on a wide variety of financial matters.
Prior to founding Teeple Wealth Management, Matt worked for the wealth management firm Oxford Financial Group. While at Oxford, Matt helped counsel a group of affluent clients including Fortune 500 CEO’s, high ranking political officials, and numerous other business owners, physicians, and professionals.
Most recently, Matt has been honored in eight consecutive years by Five Star Professional who designated him as a Five Star Wealth Manager. In 2017, Matt and his firm were selected by Dave Ramsey to participate in Dave's SmartVestor Pro program. This program comes with very exclusive admittance standards, and it is designed to help potential clients who are familiar with Dave Ramsey streamline their advisor selection process. All SmartVestor Pros have been thoroughly vetted by Dave and his team and abide by the type of financial principles that Dave Ramsey so often speaks and writes about.
Matt resides in Brownsburg, Indiana with his wife, Kristy, and two sons, Evan and Josh. He attends Chapel Rock Christian Church and serves as a board member of Kwetu Faraja, which is a ministry in Tanzania helping to provide a home and Christian education to orphaned boys who had been homeless and living on their own. Matt has a passion for sports in general and a particular obsession with college basketball at his alma mater. He loves the outdoors and can often be found in his spare time biking the country roads of Hendricks County, playing sports with his children, and enjoying BBQing with friends and family.
Mark Olsen, CPA, CFP
Mark graduated with distinction from the College of Business at Butler University in Indianapolis earning his degree in accounting. In 2005, he earned the Certified Public Accountant designation after the successful completion of the grueling CPA exam and completion of a length of work requirement. In 2019, Mark also earned the Certified Financial Planner designation.
Prior to joining Teeple Wealth Management as an Investment Advisor Representative, Mark worked with two local public accounting firms providing audit, tax, and business consulting services primarily to small business owners. These experiences have shaped Mark into a technical specialist in the area of taxation with skills far beyond what the typical financial advisor has in this area. Given this tax experience, coupled with a robust skill set as a comprehensive wealth manager, Mark is able to add significant value to the financial lives of his clients, not only in tax planning, but with their investments and all other financial planning needs as well.
Mark resides in Whitestown, Indiana with his wife, Melissa, and two daughters, Adalyn and Kaylee. He is an active member of Traders Point Christian Church where he serves in the children’s ministry helping kids meet Jesus at their own level. Mark thoroughly enjoys sports in general and is an avid fan of Butler University basketball and the Chicago Cubs. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, watching sports, and being outdoors.
Matt Snyder, CFP
Matt earned degrees in business management and religious studies graduating Magna Cum Laude from Oakland City University. Matt began his career in the financial services industry at a State Farm agency where he gained a wealth of knowledge in risk management strategies that continue to carry forward today in the advice he gives to his clients at TWM. Most recently, prior to joining TWM, Matt was using his analytical gifts and abilities as a sales and contracts analyst for a respected company in the healthcare industry.
During his time at TWM, Matt has been promoted multiple times, after demonstrating exceptional service to his clients, from associate advisor, to senior advisor, to manager, and now in addition to working with this own clientele, he serves as the firm's Chief Investment Analyst.
Matt also brings to TWM incredible successes with his own personal finances. Matt demonstrated his financial knowledge and discipline with his ability to pay off his first home by the time he was only 26 years old. His counsel as an investment advisor comes from a background of successfully managing the financial burdens of education, adoption, home ownership, and retirement planning. Professionally, he loves nothing more than sharing with his clientele the same principles he's deployed personally so that they can also enjoy the same success, freedom, and peace that he's experienced.
At home, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, Mariah, and his two children Kinley and Judah. He grew up in the small town of Mechanicsburg, Indiana, and they now live just outside of the city of Brownsburg. As a family, they enjoy camp fires, yard games, rooting for the Colts, and staying active at Parkside Bible Church.
Tim graduated Magna Cum Laude from Oakland City University in 2011 with a degree in social studies and went on to graduate with his Master’s Degree in political science from the University of Memphis.
Tim started working in the financial services industry at Transamerica Agency Network, before moving on to a State Farm agency in Louisville, KY. Tim used these years in the insurance industry to gain an understanding of the risks affecting even the most affluent clients. This understanding informs his advice to clients at Teeple Wealth Management, where he can provide truly unbiased advice, since we do not sell any products, funds, or policies at all.
Tim comes to Teeple Wealth Management with the personal experience to back up his advice to clients. He achieved financial freedom by becoming 100% debt-free at the age of 27. He loves to help clients achieve the same results by creating a personalized financial plan that achieves growth through a disciplined strategy.
Tim lives in Brownsburg with his wife, Carrington, and his children, Titus, Edith, and Linus. He is an active member of Clearnote Church in west Indianapolis, and he is an avid fan of various sports, especially NCAA March Madness. In his spare time, Tim enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and rooting for the St. Louis Cardinals.
